Emma and Alex flew across the world from Australia to Canada, to elope at the beautiful Lake Louise. Their vision was to have an intimate afternoon together, just the two of them, where they would share their personal vows with Lake Louise as the backdrop. At one point, the clouds rolled in and Emma said to Alex “whatever happens, this will be the best day”. Come rain or shine, these two were determined to relish in their love, take on this new adventure, and finally get married after years of dating.

From the moment that Emma and Alex told me they wanted a whimsical and romantic film, I knew we had to include Super 8 footage to bring out that sense of whimsy.
